Born on the farm as a third-generation farmer, we continue to strive to produce quality products while raising our family here.
Our family produces pork and lamb on our farm. Our grain-fed beef is sourced from a neighbor who operates a family farm, while our grass-fed beef is sourced from a family farm just inside Lebanon County.
We only sell animals that meet our standard for quality and flavor.
Our family's butcher shop cuts and packs every order the way you want it.
Every cut is vacuum-sealed and frozen at the shop, so it keeps well.
Orders are picked up at the butcher shop. Pickup at the farm is by arrangement only, so please give us notice.
